Cancellation Policy
Please ensure services are carefully reviewed prior to booking as deposits are applied to your balance. Upon scheduling, there is a 15 minute late grace period to allow for unexpected occurrences or emergencies. Anything after the allowed grace period will result in cancelled/no-show status. Any cancellations greater than 48hrs will be transferable for reschedule (this includes the deposit). Any cancellations less than 48hrs will result in a forfeited deposit. All deposits are non-refundable nor non-transferable.
